I have respectfully to request, that you will have the goodness to lay before His Excellency the following proposal and explanation: I am the possessor of Inland Lot No 192 upon which I have built a Bungalow, the Lot No. 120 immediately in front of it, has recently lapsed to the Crown. I consider it to be the most impracticable piece of ground for building that has been so mapped out on the Island, and I would beg to propose that it be granted to me.
